We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.”
“When I was in the parking lot at the UPS Store with a 67 lb package, a UPS driver saw me struggling. The driver walked over and picked up the package and carried it into the UPS store for me. Although he was a uniformed UPS driver he was not an employee of the specific UPS Store I was going to. It was very thoughtful and memorable for that driver to have assisted me that way. I love UPS.”

“I come to this UPS location regularly and have never experience anything but stellar customer service. Ed, Drew, and the weekend staff are always friendly and helpful.To those complaining about the cost of printing or boxes, yes supplies (including paper) have gone up everywhere.And I’ve also been told they need the outside brown box but they showed me where it says “customer packed” on the return code. In that case, it needs to be in the right box. I have never experienced this UPS trying to upsell.This is a busy location and I think the staff is doing that best they can moving the queue and answering questions. Give them a break, and a smile!”

“I often go to this store to drop off my Amazon returns. Few times have shipped items from here too. Very friendly staff. Try their best to help customers as much as possible, some of the regulars they know by name.
Store is kept clean. Has a lot of foot traffic from local customers. Alongside shipping, the store has lots of other services like packaging, shredding, engraving, copying, printing, and mailboxes. A lot of stationary items are also available for purchase.”

“This location ROCKS! They have such cool products I haven’t seen at any other staples. My kids love the Nintendo accessories. I love the hair accessories in the front. “This was my first experience sending a barrel down for friends/family. After some research of finding a shipping company I came across Dennis shipping (Bronx location). I requested a pick up online,and received a call the next morning to select a pick up date. I went to the location to pick up two barrels, and the staff were polite.The two guys who picked up the barrels was pleasant as well (remember to tip them whatever you can spare). Overall my experience was pretty good. I called to follow up on arrival time and they said 2 weeks to get to Kingston and it definitely arrived on time. My friends/family picked up a few days after arriving at the Wharf. Most importantly it was affordable to send, customer service was good,and nothing came up short. I will use Dennis again.I recommend.”

“I have had a PO Box at this location for almost a year now. I also receive a lot of packages here as well. The owners and staff are simply amazing. I receive almost instant notifications from this store when packages are delivered. When I walk into the store I receive an amazing greeting and I am told my packages are ready without even giving my name, they just recognize me and retrieve my packages. Shipping new or dropping off return packages are so simple here. Their business hours are also very customer friendly. Just a great friendly atmosphere here and without a doubt the best UPS store in Bergen County.”

“I had very positive experiences. Scott and the woman at the counter were great. Very knowledgeable and efficient. We came for the passport appointment as a family of 3. We were 10 mins late as I had realized I needed to take copies of the documents. Scott was super accommodating and was so fast that it took about 30 mins to have all new passports done (ton of papers to attach and put in order!!!). I rare leave reviews but Scott definitely deserves some recognition!!! Copies of the documents were taken at USPS. I have successfully received my passport.”
