“I was I can't say enough good things about my experience at the Dr. Martens store, especially thanks to Yami.
The week of my father's funeral, I discovered that my teenage sons had waited until the last minute to figure out what shoes they were going to wear—and that neither of them actually had an appropriate pair for the services. In a bit of a panic, I called the store to see if they had a particular style available in their sizes. Yami answered the phone and was incredibly helpful, so I made the drive to the store.
When I arrived, Yami took the time to walk me through all of the options. Since my sons weren't with me, I was trying to figure out sizing and fit on their behalf, and she guided me through the entire process. She was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind, especially when helping me navigate sizing for my son who usually wears a half size. She explained the available options, including inserts that could help achieve a better fit, and made me feel confident in my choices.
Because the boys weren't there to try anything on, I ended up purchasing three pairs so they could compare fits at home and make sure they each had the right shoes for the funeral. When I returned the extra pair a few days later, the staff already knew about the situation because Yami had communicated it to them. The return was seamless, and everyone was just as friendly and helpful.
In a stressful week, Yami made one small but important task so much easier. Outstanding customer service is rare, and she provided exactly that. Thank you, Yami!”

“This is the only Loft I’ll shop at, the ladies are very nice, and always helpful in starting a fitting room & pulling styles to match the outfits in the fitting room. The selection of clothes and new collections are always out first compared to other locations. At times there could be more cashiers to speed up checkout, but overall great store!”
“This place is a hidden gem, tons of collection for footwear with great variety. The store manager Jasmine kept the store clean and very attractive, the sales representative Christopher and Tiara were so friendly and provided a great hospitality and suggested the right products with good prices, all three of them were really great at assisting customers. “I love this Macy's! It has everything you need period!They also have a backstage!!!!!!We have gotten all kinds if things from here over the years. Now we get whatever outfits for the kids that we don't get at Carter's lol! We actually got one of my daughters Christmas Outfits here! A beautiful dress!They have 3 floors here. Kids are upstairs! Elevators are to the far right. Escalators are in the middle.I love all the sales that Macy's runs throughout the year, so many amazing discounts! We just got 2 new earrings for my daughter here as well, 60% off!!!!!! You really cannot beat those prices.Store can get messy throughout the day, and things might not be in the exact spot that you are looking for, but the staff does an amazing job to try to keep it neat and organized after customers blow through lol!All in all. A wonderful Macy's! If you are in the mall, it is a great store to shop at for almost anything you need for your home!”

“I visited this Steve Madden location today to check if they had a pair of shoes I had found on their website. Online, the chestnut Lisbon Mary Jane’s were listed as not available in Paramus, but I wanted to try on similar styles before ordering online with a discount code. I was greeted in store by sales associate Ana who went above and beyond to help me. She said that if they didn’t have them in stock she could order them for me and price match the discount. She first found me the same style in another color to get my size while another associate looked for the right color. They were able to find the color I wanted in my size! Ana also price matched the online discount for me in store. I was so happy to get the shoes I wanted at a great price without having to wait for delivery. Ana was so nice and helpful!”
