J.Crew Factory at Bergen Town Center is a store with great clothing. Customers report an excellent experience and a wonderful experience. The store offers a whole new wardrobe with items like shirts, tshirts, pants, and a blazer. The women's side features amazing color and easy adds to your wardrobe. It is located in a plaza with factory outlets for many great stores. The staff is very nice, quick, kind, and professional. Salespeople are helpful and funny, making it feel like a luxurious shopping experience. They are patient, pleasant, and helpful, even with complicated transactions. Staff can help pick sizes and make recommendations. Lines can be a bit long even for online order pickup, which requires a photo id. You can find most of what you see online in the stores but not everything. Customers are already looking forward to shopping here again.
I didn't know about this plaza. It has factory/outlets for many great stores. I went to do a return of a gift from J. Crew and the staff was very nice and quick. I will go back with more time to buy some stuff.

Lines can be a bit long even if you order online, the staff is kind and professional and you can find most of what you see online in the stores but not everything. You can also order online to the store as well you just need to have your photo id for pickup.
