“Usually I walk in to car places full of fear and dread -- but when I walked in to Firestone today, all of that melted away. I waited in line behind several people, and all of them were treated so kindly and empathetically by the staff. And when it was my turn, Justice listened to me describe my car issues + helped me SO fast. I was prepared to drop my car off for a day or two, but Justice told me to wait a minute or two because it might just be a bad battery + they could test it right away. Lo and behold, he was right! He saved us both a bunch of time, effort, and money. This was the very first time I've felt good about anything car related + its all because of Justice and Firestone !! Thank yall so much”
“Very happy here. Vincent (the service manager?) gave me straight info without hard selling me. They did kind of try to upsell me on wipers, but that’s standard these days. At no point, from Vincent to front desk to installer, did I feel pressured. Sorry I didn’t get other names, but each of the 5 different people I talked to rocked. My car dealer is on the thinnest of ice right now, and if I have to spend money on anything not covered by warranty, I’m going to Mavis. You should do the same.”
