“bryan (brian??? idk how it’s spelled) BUT!!! he made my first experience renting a u-haul easy and extremely pleasant. i might’ve not read the sign on how to open the door (use the knob lol) but he didn’t judge me, such a welcoming face and energy overall. he also helped me figure out the mobile check in/check out process. i will be going back when i need to rent a u-haul again.”

experience, which is what people who need a rental want. In most cases, we are already stressed about needing a rental. As I said, they made it easy, clear and stress free. The gentleman who assisted me was knowledgeable and seem to like people and his job very much. He had me in and out in a short amount of time. When you have to be somewhere and need a rental, this is the place to be.”

“The service I received was very personable and helpful. I had an issue with the vehicle I was originally assigned but Tremaine and Dae’Shawn quickly resolved the situation. The personalized service I received from Tremaine was refreshing, she checked on me after the vehicle switch to ensure I was satisfied. This is a smaller location than I’m used to renting from so they don’t have as many car options, especially for customers with status. I took off one star with hopes that corporate will work to get this amazing team better vehicles.”
