“We purchased our carpeting at Worldwide Flooring. There was a vast selection of carpeting available. They also had an extensive inventory of remnants to choose from.
We had 4 rooms carpeted at different times. We found one team of installers to be better than the other. We also found it best to have the rooms cleared of furniture prior to installation.
The special order carpet arrived in a timely manner and we were pleased with the job.”

It’s amazing what you can still find here. The drawers of random screws and bolts. The “I didn’t even know I needed that” gadgets. (yes we all need a crumb catcher in the image of our farorite 4-legged friend) The tools that feel solid in your hand. It’s the best kind of treasure hunt — practical, nostalgic, and oddly comforting.
Yes, sometimes prices might look a touch higher at first glance — but honestly? Not by much. By the time you order online, pay shipping, and wait for a box wrapped in layers of cardboard, you’re right back at the same cost. And here, you get something Amazon can’t deliver: real help.
The staff here is beyond. Knowledgeable. Patient. Actually interested in solving your problem instead of just pointing you to an aisle. That kind of service is becoming rare.
Places like this are slowly disappearing, and we need to support them while we still can. Skip the extra packaging, save a couple of trees, and walk into your local hardware store.
Especially this one.”
“My first time in Habor Freight in years. I was very impressed. They have stepped up there merchandise & how they display it.......very nice!!! The employees were friendly & professional. I go straight here whenever I need anything. They have a parking lot and the mobile gas station one block away always has a very low price on gas.”
“Skip shopping at big corporates and go to Bartell! I can’t say enough good things about this store! With a major snowstorm coming, I called asking if they had any salt in their inventory and there was, and the owner saved me the last bag (without me asking). To top it off, the staff graciously helped load it into my car so I could get home safely. This is exactly why it’s so important to shop local—you just don’t get this kind of thoughtful, proactive service anywhere else. Highly recommend!”

“I recently came in on 2 occasions to rent a truck from Home Depot Rental. Gil and Jarod were instrumental in making this rental experience less stressful. I had to write this review to extend my appreciation to both Jarod and Gil, and to commend them on their efficiency and customer centric demeanor. They ensured that the truck I needed was available and was respectful of my tight schedule upon picking up and returning the rental truck. “I just wanna give a big thank you to the entire staff and management. I was shopping there today and noticed three tiny dogs locked in a car in their parking lot. It was 96 degrees outside and the car was off with all the windows rolled up. So I rushed inside to have them call the owners license plate number out and to come to customer service.
