I had a really complicated situation with a disconnected phone / attempting to transfer my number and then a million monkey wrenches thrown in being an expired license, identity verification, and family dispute account holder issues, all while juggling my 3-year-old in the store and a complete mess!
The gentleman who helped me was incredibly patient and understanding through every hurdle and seriously knew his stuff. I had already spent forever with Verizon customer service on the phone and got nowhere… he handled everything, knew exactly what to do, and got it all resolved. So knowledgeable, patient, quick, genuine and helpful. Saved me so much time and frustration and left there with my problem solved. “I have been to the Wayne location for Verizon on Hamburg Turnpike a few times. I went in there today with a billing problem. Prior to today, I spoke with someone through customer service on the phone for over two hours and they still couldn't assist me with my problem. When I went into the store today Tariq assisted me. He listened to my situation and looked into my issue. After going through the necessary information on his tablet Tariq found the problem and took care of it by calling customer service. Excellent employee!!!!”
