“I had a great experience here being helped by Mason. My wife, my father and myself all came in to upgrade our plan and to add my father to it as well. Mason helped us patiently through the process, which took longer we had imagined, he even stayed late (on a Friday!) to help us out. We were all very impressed by his customer service. He greeted us with a warm smile and was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Even though there were other guests in the store we weren’t rushed or made to feel like we were asking silly questions. Nor were we pressured to change plans or buy something out of our price range. This is the go-to AT&T store. If you ever need to be in store come to the Riverdale location and look for Antonio.”

My internationally purchased Samsung phone was not working, Samsung service centers said they can't fix it because it is international, but this shop, we called, they said they can fix it. We brought, they charged a high price for changing the screen, but since my data was important, it was worth it and I am glad that they were able to fix it completely in two days. I recommend it.”
