“Went in to purchase open run pro, and the service was quick after i identified what i wanted.The only snag is that no one approaches you to help. You have to search for them. They're understaffed, or staff are busy conversing with each other.”
“Booked a demo session on Apple Vision Pro, for myself, hubby and my next door neighbors. We couldn’t indicate that it was for 4 people online, so I explained it when I arrived (which was late!). The staff was so wonderful, and they set up the demo for all 4 of us simultaneously! Anton, who teaches how to do the presentation gave us the demo. He was so patient with us, and his passion for this new technology was so infectious. We ended up having a life changing experience together as best friends and resolving to purchase 2 Apple Vision Pro headsets. The service and support in this store is incredible. “I am writing this review to provide heartfelt and positive feedback on two employees that work at Store #R152 in Staten Island, NY. I visited the store with an issue related to trade-in. Abiha Haider and Carl Power were the associates that I worked with.
I wanted to take the time to write this review as a form of gratitude. They were absolutely wonderful to work with! They were kind, patient, and understanding and took the time to work with me and provide a resolution. They not only made my day, but my holiday season! Throughout the whole process they assured me that they would find a way to help and had such a warm and positive attitude that put me at ease!
Normally, I try to perform transactions online, but after this interaction I will be performing any future transaction in store and specifically with these two associates! They are a tremendous asset to this company and I truly hope that some time is taken to acknowledge the hard working and wonderful people that they are!
