“Been there many times before since it is located down the street from my house. Took my lawn mower there since it wasn't working for some reason, and upon explanation, the store worker determined it was my carburetor. Also offered to sharpen my lawn mower blade since I had never done it before. Within a week, I received my lawn mower again and it has been working as intended. Paid a reasonable price for the service. I have also gotten other items and supplies for projects around my house and the workers there are helpful if I'm looking for something specific.”

That would be fair, but the moment which was above and beyond was when Dannie, without being asked, wheeled two gigantic jars of driveway sealant to my car. He took time out of his busy day, to do something thoughtful, something more. This store is not the closest to my house, but I will forever be making that drive and be grateful for it. Amazing people build amazing places.”

“Bought a bauer oscilating tool at HF... heres the thing.. far better than ryobi trash they sell at depot but the costumer service...wow breatg of fresh air, they actaully know where things are,very pleasant atmosphere,noce reps, i would reccomand harbor freight over home depot anyday after this visit, hope that in future they will sell wood,paints and brands like dewaltOther than than 6 stars for harbor freight !!!!”

I had a warranty problem with one of the robot mowers that I purchased and thought it was going to be a nightmare. “Shopped around for Weber 335 grill. Ace Town Hardware assembled free, delivered free and was the same price as competitors that charge for one or both. Delivery guys great and delivery manager did everything possible to make it easy on my tight schedule. I have been back twice to buy other items even though they are not the closest hardware store just to show appreciation for a job well done. They have everything -and store has a throwback vibe from a different era when customer service mattered.”
