“The guys didn’t make me feel rushed or like they were forcing a sale. They just wanted to help! Didn’t have a gun to my head to buy the whole store. That makes a huge difference! And I know, I manage in retail!”

“I visited the Green Brook store again today and learned that on my previous visit someone apparently forgot to post a 'back in 5 minutes' type notice on the door, which led me to mistakenly assume they were closed for the Independence Day holiday. This time, Joe found my requested work boots right away, and after slipping in my prescription insoles, did a test walk and found the boots to be very comfortable. :)”

“Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Expert advice to help you select the most appropriate shoes for your needs. We spent a bit more than we planned to, but we felt it was worth it to have the shoes properly fitted.”

“Matthew helped me tonight. I was on a mission for my 6 year old for new sneakers and the new Valentines Nikes for myself, He was so helpful, and overall I was able to be in and out and get everything I came for. Great service!”

“I had an issue with an online order after receiving the wrong item. When I called customer service, they were less than helpful and essentially told me to come to the store and make it someone else's problem. Will went so above and beyond to help figure out how to resolve the issue and reorder the correct shoes that I felt compelled to write a review. His patience and kindness were greatly appreciated, especially on a particularly stressful day.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐TEN STARS⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at this location. From the moment I entered, every staff member greeted me warmly, creating an inviting atmosphere. Though some of the shoe styles I wanted weren’t available in my size, the associate with dreads (apologies for not catching his name) went above and beyond. He offered thoughtful recommendations, showed me various options, and made sure I felt valued as a customer. His attentive and professional service made my visit exceptional. This level of customer care makes all the difference — I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location 100%.”

“I was there today, I have to say, the employee there was really nice and super helpful! He helped me pick out a shoe and since there was no more of those that I wanted, I got them shipped to my house. Also the selection was pretty big. There were many different colors at the store. Great experience!”

“I always have a great experience shopping at Ann Taylor Loft, thanks in large part to Jamie. She is consistently helpful, warm, and has a great eye for style. I really appreciate how she gently encourages me to try pieces that are sometimes outside of my comfort zone—but every time, they end up elevating my look and helping me feel more current and confident. The store itself is always neat, well-organized, and easy to shop. It’s a pleasure to browse and even more enjoyable with Jamie’s guidance. Highly recommend!”

“I needed an outfit for my mom’s funeral. I meandered around Macys for over an hour not being able to find anything that I thought was appropriate. Walked into WHBM in Bridgewater, NJ and explained my situation. They asked me what size I was and the sales associate picked out a whole bunch of clothes for me. I got lucky w the first outfit. She even helped me with accessories. I was super pleased and would go back there again!!!”

“Great selection of clothes I enjoyed shopping around the mens section. Line was pretty long which people say is common at this location but it doesn't bother me. The Nordstrom has a much better selection then the sacks off fifth in my opinion.”
