“I love this store. Larry is always helpful and patient. Third phone I got from there. They make sure everything transfers over properly. Friendly and easy to converse with while waiting for data transfer. I don't remember the other young man's name who works there but he was also very friendly and helpful. You should advertise this location more. Many people don’t know it's there.”

“Last week I went into the store to upgrade a phone on our account. Trevor was our sales associate in the Bensalem store. He was wonderful in answering all our questions that night, so we decided to upgrade another line that same night. After that pleasant experience we went yo see Trevor again but at a different location (cause we only wanted to deal with him). We then upgraded two more lines on the account. If anyone is looking to shop Verizon for service I would recommend they see Trevor. He’s straight and too the point, and not someone who will give you the run around. Kudos to Trevor for making getting new phones (something that’s just as bad as buying a new car) a wonderful experience. We appreciate all his help and patience with us.”

“The young man who helped me was not Mohommad but a different guy altogether. I’m pointing that out only so that the young man gets the credit he deserves. He was super polite, professional and knowledgeable. He even offered me some water when he saw that I was having a little trouble as I’m a diabetic and forgot to bring my water flask. He’s a great asset to ATT and should be considered for positions of greater responsibility.
He’d make an excellent trainer, for example, as well as salesman.”

Second part is the service and I don’t mean customer service I mean customer prioritization beyond great, the absolute unit, nay the absolute paladin of a manager that one man could be is the man Gilberto aka gibby aka that guy aka honestly the most helpful and patient professional I’ve ever dealt with at a store period
If Verizon doesn’t give him like 500k for the work he does, it wouldn’t be fair, it’s not 5/5 stars. It’s 10/10 would overly recommend. And he deserves all the praise he’s getting right now and honestly even more, he handled 3 phone sales and about 7 mad customers like an absolute UNIT. If y’all need deals and real honest human interaction for your issues, I can’t recommend gibby and the 38 store any more then I have”

Dev is the man, go talk to him for any phone needs!!!”
