“The agent was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is they are always understaffed. Only one person to man the whole store the one agent is generally busy which means the phone doesn't get answered. I live 45 minutes away and had to drive all the way there to see if the phone I wanted was in stock after several attempts at calling. It's my closest store and I've purchased 5 phones from this location. I implore management to lighten the load on their staff despite being alone with the entire workload the agent remained pleasant.”

After going to the Ledgewood store and them telling me they can practically do nothing for me and not upgrade my phone because they did not want to work, I drove over to the Rockaway store they helped me and I was in and out in 15 minutes no problem at all. Excellent customer service, I recommended 3 friends and family to go over there because of how great of a job they did! After leaving the Ledgewood store (Most unprofessional store around) I consider Rockaway the best around.”

“I have had this service for over 5 years. Other than the frustration of going into the brick-and-mortar stores to change out phones (I think that is just a frustration when you have to upgrade your phone....the process just takes hours), I am very happy with Verizon. The trade-in values I get for my phone when I upgrade generally means I get the new phone for free! Rates are comparable to other carriers, but we do have the USAA discount as well.”
