Julia patiently worked to get t internet visible at my end. As soon as the internet was visible, my password was. not working. After some brain storming she suggested we remove a symbol on t password and re-try it again. This time round it worked perfectly and I had the much awaited movie day I was looking for. I was in particular impressed by t patience and professionalism. She talked me through the entire process and was ready to spend any amount of time to get my issue resolved. The service could not get any better. Please keep it up.”

“I recently went to this T-Mobile store to upgrade my Samsung S20 Note, and I had a really good experience. Not only were the employees kind, they literally spent hours trying to help me get all of my information transferred to my new phone. And when I mean hours, I mean HOURS! 😂 For some reason, my messages just did not want to transfer over. Each employee took their time helping me while also dealing with a busy flow of other customers who needed assistance. Nobody made me feel rushed, and they kept trying until we got everything figured out. I ended up with a good plan, a new upgraded phone—the Samsung S26 Ultra—and a good credit toward my new phone when I added another line, which worked out well for me. Thank you guys for taking the time to help me out and being so patient through the whole process. I really appreciate it, and I’ll definitely be coming back!”
