“Really friendly staff, and the store is always clean and organized. Jerry in the furniture department is by far one of the most helpful and friendly people I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. I’ve purchased several mattresses from Macy’s, and Jerry is my go-to guy every time. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the products and warranties, always provides accurate information, and truly stands behind what he tells you. His customer service is exceptional, and he’s a big reason I keep coming back to Macy’s.”

“Went to Home Goods in East Brunswick. I do love this store. It is very well stocked at all times & for Holidays they go the extra mile. My daughter was there yesterday & came home w/so much Holloween items. I had to go today. I was there for 2 1/2 hours. Just so much Holloween decorations to go through. I spent a bit, But no regrets going back w/my daughter. The store is clean, plenty of parking, the employees are fantastic. With all the shoppers in the store, it was still in order. I did run into my 1st Karen. She was so nasty to the check out employee, never saw such horrible behavior from one human being to another, guess this is Our Country now. Other then that, my shopping experience at this store & w/the employees was enjoying & believe it or not relaxing. This is one of the best Home Goods I've been to. Been coming for years & will continue to. I'd give more Stars if I could.”
“It was a good experience! The store itself was nice, though it was a little crowded with the filled racks, which you see a lot in the country wide. There were just so many clothes, it was a bit hard to find exactly what I was looking for. But overall, it was better because there were so many options to choose from. Very Good.”

“There was about 25 minutes left before they closed. I was looking at the sneakers. So I decided to check out the clearance section. Well I found a nice pair of Adidas sneakers. The only problem was there was no clearance sticker on it? So I had a decision to make. I could put the sneakers back because most likely somebody just probably put them there and they didn’t belong in clearance. Or find a staff member to give me a hand. I decided to look for a staff member. Luckily, I found one. He was very polite and professional. I told him the situation. He then stated that yes people do put items that don’t belong in clearance all the time. He wanted to look up the sneakers anyway. At first they didn’t come up on sale. ( I was perturbed ) Then he said hold up! These are actually on sale for 45 dollars. The point is he went above and beyond. So because he did that I was able to get the sale.”

“Came in to do a return on 9/26 around 2:30pm and Diego F. at the first checkout station was super friendly and approached each customer he took with professionalism and kindness. I’ve been to this location many times over the last few years and this was probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever encountered at not only a Marshall’s, but at any establishment. Diego F. is truly an asset to this location and most definitely deserves some sort of recognition in the form of a raise/promotion!
Selection at this store has seriously deteriorated over the years, though. There used to be a lot of Nike and bigger brand name items, but most of the men’s section consists of unheard brands and poor quality graphic tees. Definitely need to look hard for a good find! The line at checkout is often very long as well. There are always many employees behind the register itself, but only 2-4 employees actually ringing customers out/processing returns. Weird format that they have going on. If behind the cash registers is where the employees mingle and touch base with one another, it may be beneficial to move to a more private location in the store. From a customer’s point of view, it doesn’t look very great when lines are long and employees behind the register are talking with each other and not ringing!”
“The JCPenny in East Brunswick is amazing. There plus size clothing selection is unmatched. If I had a lot of money I would have bought them out!! Loved their clothes this summer!”

“It’s a fine Walmart. Not much to comment on. I wanna go back and get that Planet of the Apes 3-pack DVD Set though. I’m not a fan of how the Magic the Gathering cards are displayed, you have to get someone to help you if you want to look at anything, but I get why that’s like that I guess.”
“This place has a number of really cool stores. Including Chick-fil-A if you like that thing. There is an odd lot store which has a lot of reasonably priced items. They are also opening a number of other stores here. A Burlington Coat Factory which has pretty good stuff and a dollar store. I'll also there is a Taco Bell not a big fan myself but I guess there are people out there like that.”
“The room decor, shoes and cosmetic collection is great. The clothing in women area seems dated and needs a makeover. The dress styles were for ladies for seniors above 66 more than 30 to 60. Hopefully they will fix this. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable of items.”

“I have always found target to be a great store in my opinion! To me, its a much better shopping experience than Walmart! The aisles at target are kept clean and neat. I rarely ever see stuff thrown around. I also like how they have new items every so often when it comes to body care. The prices aren't bad, and they are competitive with other box stores. The food I've gotten there was fine too! The online order system works really well, and most of the time the items are in stock. There really isn't anything negative I can mention.”

“This TJ Maxx location is one of my favorite places to browse when I’m looking for deals. The store is well-organized compared to other locations, and I usually find a good mix of name-brand clothing, home goods, and beauty products at great prices.
The clothing section is usually well-stocked and tidy, especially in the mornings. I’ve scored some great finds in the clearance racks too. The home section is also a gem—lots of cute seasonal décor, kitchen gadgets, and quality bedding.
The checkout lines can get a little long during peak times, but the staff usually moves things along efficiently. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful if you need assistance finding something.
Plenty of parking is available since it’s in a shopping center, and the location is easy to get in and out of.
Overall, this TJ Maxx is a clean, organized store that is worth a visit if you love treasure-hunting for good deals.”

“2025 Nov: Economic, reasonably priced clothing, accessories & home goods. They hang the cheapest SALE options outside- no one can beat those prices - not even Thrift/Goodwill stores. There used to be a BigLots, which went bankrupt so the only jewel in this strip shopping mall, for these items!”

“I always enjoy browsing around a Marshall's Store looking for the bargains. On my most recent visit this store was almost overflowing with new inventory, so we spent over an hour looking around. The store also has a new and improved look after the renovations several months ago, so I like going there more than before. Finally, the checkout lines are generally long, but the cashiers do a great job of moving it fast.”
