“This is by far my favorite UPS location. The staff is friendly and helpful and for the most part, I always have a great experience. Service is usually quick and it’s an easy location to visit.
They also have a self-service kiosk, which is very convenient when it’s working. Occasionally it’s out of service but other than that, I definitely recommend this location.”

“My go to store for shipping for years. All the employees are super friendly, so friendly I’ve gotten to know many of them and now call them friends. Rosanna really tries her best to help all her customers with their needs. They also spend serious time with each costumer out of caring that they get the lowest rates, insurance, proper packaging and that the item is being delivered to the correct address. Sometimes this leads to a longer line but it’s worth it. They also have a self shipping kiosk if you have labels already on your packages which is a plus for a quick run in and out if you have some returns.”
“Today I went to this UPS store, and it’s honestly the one with the best customer service I’ve experienced around Edison in the past few years.
On Sunday around 2 PM, I brought over a dozen packages to drop off using the self-service machine. A kind and lovely staff member came over and asked if I needed help carrying the packages… I was genuinely surprised.
The owner of this store should definitely recognize and praise this employee.”

“I visited this store recently, it was my first time and had no idea what I was doing and I had to make a big printing order. I went to the printing section and Hamal helped me out. He helped me download the app, activate rewards, spend the exact amount I wanted to spend to get access to the coupon. He didn’t just help me he went above and beyond with a smile on his face and cracking jokes. He was patient and kind, even let me feel the different types of paper I could get. Outstanding customer service! I will definitely be coming back to this location. Hamal made everything very smooth and totally enriched my experience shopping at Staples.”
“Personally I have been shipping for 32 years but I have never received better service than this post office anywhere.
I ship UPS Fed Ex DHL and other companies this is one of the best offices in New York and New Jersey they deserve a raise!

“Everyone is friendly and does their best to get the line moving. Aside from that, I would not recommend for prints. My project had a lot of delays. I was giving a quote and the final print was 2X as expensive and it was 3 to 5 shades darker that it was supposed to be - all middle colors/tones were black or close to blank, off-whites were solid yellow-orange (it's as if someone altered the image brightness and saturation before printing), the paper was rolled in a way where creases damaged the ink. It was a waist of time and money. I had to get it reprinted elsewhere.”

“My experience was amazing. I went for passport renewal and it was all wrong. Thanks to experience of Kalpesh Sir, he told me that the form I had were wrong and then he guided to me to complete and submit the entire passport renewal process from scratch. It took 3 and a half hours but he ensured that I submitted the correct application and documents as required by the process. i am and will always be highly obliged towards him. Thank you Kalpesh ji.

“I made a very important purchase on Aug. 26th of this year, it shipped out on Aug.27th…it then began the most absurd journey, bouncing from location to location within the USPS network…back and forth, but not making its way to my door. I tried calling, submitting a lost package claim, but no matter what I did I simply could not get anyone or any website tools to provide me assistance with getting a resolution and having the shipment delivered to my address. I than created an entirely random inquiry form and entered a family members home address, located in South River and to my absolute surprise…I received a phone call from Greg in South River barely a few hours later. While the shipment and responsibility was in no way, shape or form attributed to the South River location, Greg put me in contact with his team member, Bridget. To say I am appreciative and impressed with how quickly and effectively Bridget resolved my issue would be an understatement. She took it upon herself, with zero obligation, to contact every location my package was looping to, submitted a re-route form to every location and kept in close contact with me every step of the way to keep me up to date with how her effort was progressing. To my absolute shock and surprise, she managed to isolate the issue causing my package to death spiral, provided me to necessary information to prevent this happening again in the future and reached out to the associate who delivers mail to my home to ensure all involved were on the same page and landed my delivery in my mail box barely 3 hours later. I think it is important that whoever reads this or who ever is responsible for hiring and employee management is aware of just how lucky they are to have such a dedicated, competent, pleasant and effective resource on the team. Feel free to take a look at the attached collage of the majority of my packages shipping history to get a better idea of just how frustrated I was while helplessly observing.
