However I notice the Billing charges in the app and online are for the deleted phone. “What a helpful staff. Greeted by a manager which took our information & problem with an iPhone. Then lead us to our seats & said a technician would be right with us. A manager followed a few minutes later to let us know we were next. Our technician, April, took care of our complex problem with a smile & was so knowledgeable. Our issue took a while & she worked with other customers as our phone was backed up & rebooted, checking with as the process continued. I recommend the Apple “Genius Counter” but better to come with an appointment. Thanks to all at the Rockaway Apple Store.”
