I have never seen a company so willing to help a customer with product information and time spent on answering questions. Tyler Long Has been amazing every time I consult with him on questions about products. Usually I don’t have any questions because he is so thorough in his presentations and questions and answers calls. I have also never had a question that the customer service team couldn’t answer or help me with. They are always there, happy to help and are live human beings that, sorry, speak good English”

“Joe has been troubleshooting tech troubles in my house on my devices for about 4 years. He works on my computer, Samsung phones, Samsung televisions and car blue tooth set-ups. Joe is patient and methodical. His fees are reasonable and he is sensitive to costs. I have had security breaches on my computer that he has corrected and set up protections to avoid future problems. He is pleasant and I trust him. Joe responds quickly to requests. I have used Geek Squad a few times but I prefer to call Joe because he comes to the house and does the work right away and is more reasonable than Geek Squad. He is certainly a lot faster. I recommend Joe 100% , he is an expert in his field, he is a nice man and his fees are reasonable.”

“Hi, My name is Brandee. I really wanted to highlight the sales representative that went above and beyond to assist me. His name is Wandy! My screen fell off of my Metro phone and I really needed a great phone and he suggested Samsung which I love BUT it was almost impossible to port my number TMoblie bc I couldn't see the screen to get the verification pin. Once I was a to obtain the transfer pin all I had to do was call Wandy in thr store and he effortlessly got everything situated and working for ne without me having to revist the store!! Way to go TMobilt for having such a guy working there. If I have any issues, I will only visit the store on Jones Street and have Wandy handle it!!! Thanks again”
