“I had a serious issue with my phone. I was unable to use it since I locked it out attempting to lock down the Sim. I went into the Totowa store and was assisted by Dan Stevanovic. I explained my situation, and while the store has limited access to certain account data, Dan was able to troubleshoot the issue. He got me back up and running in short order. He was extremely helpful with answering all my questions. What a great dude.”

“Joe has been troubleshooting tech troubles in my house on my devices for about 4 years. He works on my computer, Samsung phones, Samsung televisions and car blue tooth set-ups. Joe is patient and methodical. His fees are reasonable and he is sensitive to costs. I have had security breaches on my computer that he has corrected and set up protections to avoid future problems. He is pleasant and I trust him. Joe responds quickly to requests. I have used Geek Squad a few times but I prefer to call Joe because he comes to the house and does the work right away and is more reasonable than Geek Squad. He is certainly a lot faster. I recommend Joe 100% , he is an expert in his field, he is a nice man and his fees are reasonable.”

“I had a great experience today at this location. Had just spent over two hours on a chat with customer service, trying to resolve a connectivity issue without success. Then fortune struck when I was sent over to speak with Tee. She asked about my visit and I explained to her what brought me in. She went right to work and within a few minutes resolved the problem. Tee was efficient, while being friendly and professional. It was a pleasure meeting her today, and she made my day a bit easier. Thanks Tee!”

“I came to this T-mobile location after getting the Run around at my local T-mobile store . All I needed was a new Tempered glass screen Protector and after constantly being denied and dealing with customer service I came here at a last attempt. The associate working yesterday was Luly and I can't say enough good things about her. She took so much time trying to get me a new screen protector through insurance and for some reason it wasn't covered . After going through so much hell with the other store and then getting denied from insurance she recommend a store for me to get a cheap screen protector and told me to come right back to her store and she would install it on my phone free of charge . She was very helpful with my concerns and went above and beyond to make me happy . she definitely helped turn my bad experience into a pleasant one. I highly recommend her to any customer experiencing issues .”

“My experience at this store in pompton plains was terrific Hank paid such detail to everything and got me set up with a good phone at a great price Andrew who looks like the store manager he was also terrific.. I had a problem with my debit card because I had to swipe it but they don't take swipe cards so Andrew will actually pay for it for me and I just went and got him the cash back I don't think any place would do that except for this please.. so five stars for Hank and Andrew I recommend going to the store absolutely”
