All I needed was a new Tempered glass screen Protector and after constantly being denied and dealing with customer service I came here at a last attempt. The associate working yesterday was Luly and I can't say enough good things about her. She took so much time trying to get me a new screen protector through insurance and for some reason it wasn't covered . After going through so much hell with the other store and then getting denied from insurance she recommend a store for me to get a cheap screen protector and told me to come right back to her store and she would install it on my phone free of charge . She was very helpful with my concerns and went above and beyond to make me happy . she definitely helped turn my bad experience into a pleasant one.
