Julio took a tremendous amount of time with me and my daughter, trying to straighten out an issue with Verizon that was interfering with her ability to upgrade her phone. He literally took over 3 hours of his day to assist us. I recommend this location of Verizon highly, and only wish all of it's locations offered this level of service and integrity. He I went through a nightmare yesterday with calling the main Xfinity customer service number. I went into the Xfinity store and was greeting by Brendan. I explained what happened the previous day and Brendan knew EXACTLY what was needed to fix my issue. He was kind, patient, a great listener and very knowledgeable. It's because of him, I will continue to be an Xfinity customer. Save yourself the trouble of calling the customer service number. Go into the Xfinity store in Langhorne! It's worth the trip and you will have the BEST customer service experience ever! Thank you again Brendan! You are appreciated ?”
