“The place is spacious and neat. If you need to see a teller...this bank takes 5 stars. My experience with one of the clerks from the customer service area was somewhat different, a two starts at the most and made management know about it. I was gladly surprised when I received a call from a customer service representative who listened to my concerns and told me that they will work on improving. I appreciate the gesture.

“I was so happy with the attention I received that I had to post. I went to withdraw some money because I needed small denominations. The teller was super friendly and helpful. I know it's just a bank but these days courtesy is not common and it was nice to see some people still care about customer service”
