“Friendly & quick service. This was our first time at this particular location — our usual Enterprise is closed on Sundays, so we tried this one instead — and Omar made sure we left happy. Shortly after they closed for the day, we noticed an issue with the car. We didn't think much of it ourselves, but figured we should mention it so it could be addressed before the next renter. When I brought it up, Omar immediately recognized how serious it actually was and thanked me for flagging it. I told him he didn't need to do anything to our account, since we'd already used the car without incident, but he insisted on making things right anyway. That kind of integrity says a lot. “I had a great experience returning my rental car. I was in a stressful situation because I only had about 20 minutes to get to the collision shop before it closed. Even though the rental office was extremely busy, the manager (Kendall) was incredibly kind and made sure one of the employees (Chris) helped me check out right away.
I was then told there were no drivers available to take me to the collision shop, and I was worried I wouldn't make it in time. The employee who checked in my car went above and beyond by personally driving me there so I could pick up my vehicle before they closed.
The customer service was exceptional, and I truly appreciated the kindness and willingness to help during a stressful moment. Thank you for making a difficult day so much easier. Highly recommend!”
