“Our family had an appointment scheduled for 5:30PM today at the Bedminster Verizon store. Celeste saw us immediately and spent the next two and a half hours upgrading our phones, transferring data for both kids and my husband and I while keeping everyone (especially the kids) busy and happy. I am not sure we have ever had that level of service. I think most people dread upgrading and/or changing phones but this experience could not have been better. We will never go anywhere else and cannot say enough good things.”

“He greeted me. Unfortunately, my phone was broken by screen protecting. So... thanks to my insurance covered. He will get a replacement. I'm looking to make sure to check......my phone is not good. Cause alignment bit off way. Then he offered me a second glass and tried again to make sure it was perfect alignment.
He did take care and very policy. He smiles. Them was good job. ?”
“Thank God or Deshaun and Heidi. They have such great spirits. They could physically see how stressed I was and was able to get my new phone restored. I was in apple across the hall for hours. Thank God I was able to get a new phone free of cost. Heidi and Deshaun kept me in a positive spirit. I'm sitting her currently waiting for my new phone to update. I needed some kindness today and they showed it.”

The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find accessories and compare different devices. The checkout process was quick and seamless. “After having issues connecting my home cameras to my 5g i contacted the general customer service number and was told to visit the closest Optimum location. And so I brought my device to this edicon location to be switched out for one that gives me an option to connect to their 2.4g and 5g. The female representative assisted me with the exchange after the initial young male representative didn't seem to be familiar with that issue. Didn't take more than 10 minutes. I was in and out. I was satisfied with the service.”

He solved the issue in 10 minutes that this store manager and another rep couldn’t resolve and just misguided us to contact the old service provider. Thankyou Leo!! you are truly amazing!!!!”
“This T Mobil is the best T mobile ever.!!!! Luis is amazing... very patient very friendly... his team mates are nice also they even stayed after hours to make sure my problem was fixed . I came is with a damaged phone and they went out of their way to back up the phone for me and restore it on the new phone . All other T Mobil's could not help me accept this store ... thank you LUIS 😘 you the best!!!!”

“N. Rachel (I think that's her name?) Was sooooo helpful! This was on Sunday, 9/15 in the evening. My mom had a scare bc her phone wasn't turning on at all and it wasnt a dead battery- it just was blinking with a light and she hadn't backed anything up and was worried she couldn't retrieve anything. This sales person really helped my mom out so well with getting the phone up and running again despite the phone being so old and my mom was so grateful. Just wanted to give her a shout out here! We'll be back again at this location for sure!”
