“For someone who has severe social anxiety, Dennis and Leroy were extraordinary amazing at putting me at ease, making me feel welcome, answering all my questions and helping me with things I've been putting off for months/years through t mobile. I was so amazed by their humor and gentleness, that I ended up purchasing a new phone for myself when my husband and I showed up with the intention just to buy one for him. Dennis and Leroy are such an effective team, and need to be given raises. Immediately. They were able to help me lower my plan to boot! I left t mobile so happy and will continue to visit this one location specifically to see them. Thank you for hiring Dennis and Leroy. They are considered national treasures in our household. “When I walked into the T-Mobile store, I was beyond frustrated because I couldn’t understand why I still had a balance. I came in heated, but Tom, the store manager, stayed calm and patiently helped me sort everything out. At first, there was some confusion on my part, but he handled it like a pro and found a way to get me a new phone. Shoutout to Puma as well—she’s the bomb.com! Keeping cool with a hothead like me is no easy task, but they nailed it. If you want top-notch service, go to the T-Mobile in Middlesex. They know their stuff and genuinely care!

“Christian is honestly one of the best Verizon representatives I’ve dealt with. I ported my phone number from another carrier to Verizon, and since day one I was having problems because nobody could activate my phone. I called technical support and even visited other Verizon stores, but nobody could fix the issue.
As soon as Christian helped me, he resolved everything within minutes and activated my phone with no problems. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Christian!”

“Stopped in to upgrade my phone, was greeted by all three employees and was gratefully approached by Derek. A very respectful, polite and professional young man. He was very helpful, quick, efficient and informative. He was very honest and thorough with explaining Plans and Trade-In prices. Unfortunately we learned that the Westfield store devalued my Mothers trade in back in March almost $600!! Derek takes care and effort with his customers, unlike the Westfield staff!”
