“Our family had an appointment scheduled for 5:30PM today at the Bedminster Verizon store. Celeste saw us immediately and spent the next two and a half hours upgrading our phones, transferring data for both kids and my husband and I while keeping everyone (especially the kids) busy and happy. I am not sure we have ever had that level of service. I think most people dread upgrading and/or changing phones but this experience could not have been better. We will never go anywhere else and cannot say enough good things.”

“When I walked into the T-Mobile store, I was beyond frustrated because I couldn’t understand why I still had a balance. I came in heated, but Tom, the store manager, stayed calm and patiently helped me sort everything out. At first, there was some confusion on my part, but he handled it like a pro and found a way to get me a new phone. Shoutout to Puma as well—she’s the bomb.com! Keeping cool with a hothead like me is no easy task, but they nailed it. If you want top-notch service, go to the T-Mobile in Middlesex. They know their stuff and genuinely care!

“Thank God or Deshaun and Heidi. They have such great spirits. They could physically see how stressed I was and was able to get my new phone restored. I was in apple across the hall for hours. Thank God I was able to get a new phone free of cost. Heidi and Deshaun kept me in a positive spirit. I'm sitting her currently waiting for my new phone to update. I needed some kindness today and they showed it.”

“After having issues connecting my home cameras to my 5g i contacted the general customer service number and was told to visit the closest Optimum location. And so I brought my device to this edicon location to be switched out for one that gives me an option to connect to their 2.4g and 5g. The female representative assisted me with the exchange after the initial young male representative didn't seem to be familiar with that issue. Didn't take more than 10 minutes. I was in and out. I was satisfied with the service.”

She did every thing in her power to help us with a complicated situation and miraculously was able to help us resolve it! Trinity deserves all the applause and recognition. My mom had a scare bc her phone wasn't turning on at all and it wasnt a dead battery- it just was blinking with a light and she hadn't backed anything up and was worried she couldn't retrieve anything.
