“I visited this store a few years ago and had a terrible experience, so I was hesitant to return. Unfortunately, I had an emergent situation that required me to go back. This time, however, I was assisted by the store manager, Leo, and his assistant, Alexandro, and the experience could not have been more different.
Leo and Alexandro were two of the most impressive individuals I have ever dealt with at AT&T. They were extremely professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. Not only did they immediately address my needs, but they also managed several customers, myself included simultaneously with precision and teamwork. At no point did anyone feel neglected or rushed.
I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, the cleanliness and décor of the store, and how well-organized the entire operation was. Leo and Alexandro clearly run an exceptional store, and their leadership and customer service skills set a very high standard.”

“The customer service here is amazing, it's like the people here are alive instead of other t-mobiles which the people and dull and look like they woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Here the people sound and look like they enjoy this. I was with Selena one of the employees and she was very nice and cooperative through our requests and needs.
