“Our Mazda3 brakes were not working properly and we had them checked at Just Tires who installed them. They said it was a ANS problem that only a mechanic could fix. Tony took the car apart and found out that it was the hydraulic master cylinder that needed replacing. He test drove the car and said the brakes were fine now.”

The day after Christmas, contacted Mathey Auto for help after being turned down by 2 Ford dealers in the area (couldn’t get me in for at least 2 weeks). Judd had me come right in and set to work on it. Same day got the most comprehensive report I’ve ever seen, including photos. By this time I was home in Maryland, work was approved electronically and they had it done within 2 days.Hands down, best automotive experience ever.”

“Went there to get o2 sensor replaced. Went to auto zone for a free check engine light check was told that it was o2sensor. Called a couple different garages, and was told by all of them that they would have to run their own scan to see what the code was, which entailed another scan ranging from $100 to $120 , even though I had it in my possession. Kaspers did the work, no questions asked, and in a timely manner they just earned my business for life. Thank you again for everything.”

“I was struggling to find someone who could remove a rounded off and stuck oil pan drain plug. I asked for word-of-mouth suggestions and Van Meter came up. Keith called me around 2:30PM and was able to squeeze me in the same day, after I was done work. Not only was his team able to remove the plug, but he also showed it to me and described what he thought the original cause was. Finally, they reached out by text the following day to make sure that I was satisfied with the quality of their workmanship. Therefore, between the attention to detail and the fact that I live only about two miles from their shop, I plan on returning for my automotive needs.”
“This place has pretty good prices and the service is pretty fast. Originally they ordered the wrong tires for my minivan (they were the correct size but the weong weight rating). I came back the following day and thwy had the correct ones. It took no more than 25 minutes from the time I pulled my van into the bay, to remove all 4 wheels, dismount all tires, install new valve stems, mount and inflate the new tires, balance the new tires, then install on my van. The tires that l ordered were budget brand tires by Cooper. These balanced very well and they drive very nice considering they're budget tires. I'll definitely be giving them my business again in the future”

“Decided to call to see how long it would be for an oil change last minute and was told it would be some time before I'd be helped and I was fully aware of this and didn't mind. I didn't have anything on the agenda that would require a time crunch so I headed on in after speaking with Yaya. Let's just say this will always be my favorite location to go too. I have an older vehicle and I'm 100% aware of issues that could be caused for concern and don't expect to be treated special but it doesn't matter the vehicle you have at Mavis Discount Tire, you will always feel important and special at the end of the process. I'd like to say thank you to Yaya and Miley for their amazing customer care, I needed it today more than Miley will ever know. During the entire process I was informed very well, I've never questioned anything from this location. I'd really like to say if you're an unhappy customer, it won't be because of Miley or Yaya as they make the situation better in my opinion. Some things are out of their control and shipping and receiving can be a pain in the end for anyone having to order specialized items or parts for their vehicles. The value and customer experience was met today with satisfaction and appreciate the love so much.”

“I've been to this shop 3 times and have sent multiple friends n family members there and each time myself and the others have had nothing but positive experiences there. I normally don't write reviews but I figured I would this time. This past weekend my bmw had all 4 tires slashed! It's an older car so since I was upset and the fact the slashed tires were fairly new I bought 4 used tires. Not knowing what I was doing the 4 used tires made my car vibrate and run rough. So I called them back and they said they'd give work with me on getting 4 new tires done instead. Casey is very professional and highly recommend calling them.”
