“I visited The UPS Store in Millburn, NJ on March 8th and was incredibly impressed by supervisor Nada's exceptional customer service. She was the only staff member there but managed to handle multiple customers efficiently, all while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor. Even when a rush of customers came in, Nada stayed calm and composed, ensuring everyone received the best possible service. I overheard several other customers praising her as well. Nada is a true example of excellent customer service and leadership. People like her deserve recognition. I'll definitely be back to this UPS Store.”
“I had a large, fragile book with clamshell box at nearby Millea Bros. auction house and needed a service to pick up, then pack & send to me in the midwest. My calls were answered promptly by Lara, who was always friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Unlike many similar services, Mail Box Store was willing to send with USPS Media Mail after careful packing. Pickup was quick and efficient, packing was excellent and the price was exceptional reasonable - they did not charge for pick-up (!), only packing and shipping.Don't outthink this. Mail Box Store provides a high level of service which has all but vanished at an exceptionally fair price. This should (and will) become your go-to company for your packing needs.”

“Clean spot. I like this UPS Store. Only issue is, no parking. But almost everyone just parks in front and throw on their bazzard lights. I personally park with my passenger side wheels on top on the sidewalk. This block is a 2 way street with just one lane going each direction. No lane for street parking at all. But the staff is always nice. The people that visit this store, not always so nice. But you park, throw on the hazards and you're in and out. Place usually has 2 people working so you won't be in there long. No complaints and I'll always swing by.”

They went above and beyond to make sure a time-sensitive package was picked up and delivered same day on time and without a hitch. We called the store expressing the urgency of the package delivery and Nic personally stepped in to coordinate everything and made what felt like a stressful situation completely seamless. Nic went above and beyond and delivered the package himself. The level of care, professionalism, and follow-through was outstanding. This kind of service is rare, and I’m so grateful. “I was shipping something from another state due to an address mishap with a FedEx label. This involved multiple parties. The people at Montclair Shipping were so nice over the phone. Extremely helpful even without getting anything out of it in return. They had me email the labels and the person who received the packages dropped them off and everything got situated perfectly.
They saved my butt! And all over the phone.”

“Nice lady at the front name Constance (Connie) is very polite and patient. She’s very knowledgeable about retail and is the passport agent there. She gives customers chances to correct paperwork instead of rejecting password appointments. I highly recommend her to help customers with anything. Customers come in are very disrespectful to the staff I have never seen her loose herself dealing with the public can be very challenging.”
