The location is super convenient with a big parking lot, and there’s so much nearby and in the same plaza—gambling tickets, a pharmacy, and more, so you can get all your errands done in one stop.

“I was shipping something from another state due to an address mishap with a FedEx label. This involved multiple parties. The people at Montclair Shipping were so nice over the phone. Extremely helpful even without getting anything out of it in return. They had me email the labels and the person who received the packages dropped them off and everything got situated perfectly.

“Nice lady at the front name Constance (Connie) is very polite and patient. She’s very knowledgeable about retail and is the passport agent there. She gives customers chances to correct paperwork instead of rejecting password appointments. I highly recommend her to help customers with anything. “My favorite clerks are the young girl and the Spanish guy. They always help me with no problem and have a great personality. It’s a old lady there I really think she needs to retire she gets really aggravated and huffs and puff when you in her words is “asking for too much” I asked for a receipt and she said I was killing her. It was a lightskined girl with glasses there she was awful I’m assuming they got rid of her because she had a very short temper, lazy and disrespectful. I can’t lie it’s way better without her. I do agree that the postal service need to hire bilingual people”
