“Good prices. Carry a lot of vintage toys such as Transformers, GI Joe, Star Wars, Marvel, and DC. Owner is very helpful and tells you exactly what year a product was made so you don't get scammed by buying a reissue for thinking it is an original release one.”
“A cute store in the heart of Philly. Decent selection of comics, trades, hardcovers, and children's books. Role-playing books. Character figurines. We walked in 40 minutes before closing, and the clerk was super helpful and genuinely nice.”

“I like 5 below in any location but this one is just so big and beautiful. My children love it also, they are so amazed when we go to this one in particular because of how much stuff they have, the 2 floors and definitely have mentioned to me how clean it is☺️. I myself agree it's very well kept and clean, the shelves are stocked with items for your home and family+friend's, and my personal favorite is the staff they are helpful, they are polite and I have no complaints about this store at all it's definitely a must stop when we are downtown.”

“I've been to this Barnes & Noble countless times, and it’s easily one of the most beautiful locations I’ve visited. The selection is perfectly curated, the atmosphere is inviting, and most of the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly...except for one.
Today, after countless times of ignoring a certain employee and not allowing their behavior to affect me, I finally felt compelled to speak up. Once again, a slightly older male employee wearing dark glasses made my visit unpleasant. This employee, working at cashier number 2652, responded to my simple question with a slightly snarky tone and ended our interaction with an unpleasant "Bye."
Despite feeling uneasy, I chose to respond with kindness, wishing him a great day. However, this pattern of behavior has made my visits uncomfortable. I hope management sees this review and takes the opportunity to address this employee’s approach to customer service. I don't wish him any reprimand or ill will, I just hope he is encouraged to treat every customer with kindness and professionalism so that no one else has a similar experience or feels discriminated against.”
“Insanely great place! There was comic and toys and even games. I was blown away at the mixture of new and old toys and comics there were. You could walk out with a handful of new figures and a whole bunch of older ones with the great prices! I will absolutely come back to this place any time I'm in the area or just passing through; I want to support this place as much as possible because not every store gives you the feeling of finding treasure quite like this.Update, I bought Pokemon Red from here. Happy as I can be! Highly recommend”

“I purchased some new Warhammer model kits thru “Enter the Realm” on Facebook marketplace. He was a few bucks cheaper than all the other guys, didn’t push for anything extra, and was responsive and understanding of all my questions/concerns.
Very pleased with my transaction and would easily recommend him and his store to another. Btw I live in a different state than the store too.

Was surprised to find at checkouts were all were self check stations with one employee roaming for assistance. Not a huge deal, just didn’t expect it. The roaming employee was friendly and helpful.”

“A good location with a decent amount of stock on display. Shop early because it's a popular store. My last visit was a bit aggravating since the cashier was talking a bit much and not focusing on the line building up in queue and everyone was getting aggravated. For some reason she was easily distracted by other issues around her and hard for her to focus on ringing a sale to completion without interruption. None of the self checkout registers were working unfortunately. Nonetheless, still one of my favorite stores.”
