She handled my return quickly and smoothly, and then went above and beyond to help me with an online credit issue where I kept getting bounced around. She was patient, calm, and truly did everything in her power to get it resolved. It was honestly refreshing—especially with how frustrating and difficult the situation was. “My aunt was in there last week looking for salt and they only had 50 lb bags available. Brian and Kirk were so helpful to separate the salt into four buckets and carry it out to her car for her. They were so nice to her and did it all with a smile. She is so very grateful for all of their help!”

“I recently came in on 2 occasions to rent a truck from Home Depot Rental. Gil and Jarod were instrumental in making this rental experience less stressful. I had to write this review to extend my appreciation to both Jarod and Gil, and to commend them on their efficiency and customer centric demeanor. They ensured that the truck I needed was available and was respectful of my tight schedule upon picking up and returning the rental truck. Needless to say, when I need to rent a truck again, I only hope to have the opportunity to work with Gil and Jarod. They made the rental experience very seamless and easy for me.
