The Apple Store is a great Apple Store with helpful staff and a good atmosphere. The store with a genius bar appointment where employees took time, answered questions and did not make the customer feel rushed. The customer can replace an old phone, get a repair with AppleCare+ and pay nothing, or buy a new iPhone, power chord or other equipment. The place is not crazy busy like other locations, so the purchase can be done much faster. The shopping center nearby with a great burger spot, Panera, Sephora and other stores such as Nike, Athleta and Aria, giving a lot of shopping without a crowded mall. The staff are friendly, cool and highly recommend this place. Make an appointment so the store can be busy both times. It is one of the closest Apple Stores in Orange County, NY, but a lot wish a store would open near the Hudson Valley.
Crowded but many helpful sales staff and we were helped about 20 minutes in.

Brought my work phone in for a genius bar appointment. I was assisted by Wilson who took his time, did not make me feel rushed and thoroughly answered all the questions that I had. Overall, a great experience.
