“Kevin and Gino were great at helping my boyfriend and I figure out the best plans for us. They were very knowledgeable and tool the time out to fully explain all the offers they had in store and the different products they had in stock or could order. My boyfriend was able to easily transfer his number over to his new phone and I was able to purchase a new phone and transfer my number over as well. We really appreciated all of there help.”

“Had the MiFi and esim. Covered 1400km from the Dead Sea to 1 hr North of Golan Heights and everywhere in between. I never once lost connection. My GPS worked flawlessly and my phone never dropped a call. The MiFi hot spot powered my wife’s work laptop, her phone, son’s Nintendo connection, daughter’s apps at the same time with high speed.Costumer service via Whats App support was second to none. We were able to use two other phones over Wi-Fi on airplane mode in addition to the esim on mine.”
“This was my first time visiting this AT&T location, I was kindly greeted by Joseph (Joe)I instantly felt comfort and welcomed as I began to express my concern and reason for visit. Without passing judgement I shared with him that I was ready to upgrade my 2019 iPhone XS Max for something of better value.. he introduced a few options to me, I instantly said I wanted a pink iPhone 15 Plus and he made it happen. He placed a warehouse to store delivery on 11/15 and I received it in 48 hours, once I paid a second visit to the store he applied everything to my new phone including: screen protector, phone case, pop socket. “They fixed my daughter's MacBook screen for half the price that the Apple store would have charged, and they did an excellent job. The owner is courteous, professional, and speedy. He told us how long it would take to order and receive the parts, and he contacted us as soon as the parts arrived. He then fixed the laptop screen the very next day. Thanks goodness for CompuTeaneck! Oh, and he saved her old laptop screen because he saw she had stickers on it, and he thought she might want to keep them. Very thoughtful!”

“I recently fixed my laptop they did very well. But I just looked out and liked it. When I opened I noticed that a few letter on the keyboard doesn’t work I don’t understand why. It was really good on keyboards unfortunately now I can’t use I have to buy new laptop when I gave my laptop before it fixed it was usable all of the letters and numbers on the keyboard. I don’t know why after I opened and try to use google I noticed.”
“I found this location a couple weeks back when I had to pay my Verizon home internet/ cable bill and googled the nearest location. During my visit Rasheed asked me what service I had because I was contemplating whether or not to make the switch from T-Mobile. He was very polite and informative, he left me with his business card that gave me a breakdown on what to expect if I did decide to switch. Ultimately I made up my mind because I liked his customer service and his attitude. Now I know (from experience) dealing with phone/utility company’s can be very hectic however, my experience at this Verizon location was exceptional. Rasheed made mine and my wife’s switch from T-Mobile Seamless. He was patient, and I can’t thank him enough for setting us up with our new iPhones while my 1year old ran around the store shouting with excitement trying to take his first steps. Lol Nonetheless, I highly recommend Rasheed and this location if you’re looking to get a new phone or even just to pay a bill.”

I was ready for “battle” as my issues were the result of poor salesmanship. I asked to speak with a manager and I was ready to “pounce”. Then, Erica introduced herself to me, listened to my complaints and she assured me that she would resolve my concerns. I was expecting to have to buy another new iPad. Well, after her diagnosis, she resolved my issues without me having to buy another iPad. Erica demonstrated superior client servicing skills, empathy and support. She clearly exceeded expectations and it was an enjoyable experience.”
