My Lenovo gaming laptop had one key that wasn’t working and I really didn’t want to have to replace the whole expensive keyboard. They took it and troubleshooted and fixed it without charging me. They also seem very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely come here for any other electronic needs in the future!”

“I travel quite often and rent out SIM cards or phones from multiple places, but let me tell you something, the service that this place offers is one of a kind that I don’t think anyone can beat, the texts get answered momentarily, always a positive answer on anything that might come up, and they are on top of everything.
In the past when I rented from other places I always happen to bumped into some issues for whatever reason, but now I was away for 2 weeks between multiple countries and everything was top notch…

“30 year ATT cell phone customer. After a disappointing experience at the nearest store in my area ( New York Hudson Valley area ) I decided to try a new ATT store. The store in Ridgewood NJ is 20 min away. I wanted a new iPhone. I called ahead to make sure they had the IP 17. Billy answered and assured me they had them in stock.
When I arrived Billy greeted me with a big smile. He made me feel welcomed and appreciated. He made sure I was informed and didn’t try to over sell and rush me. He took his time to explain everything.
I was very happy with my experience at this store. It will be my new go to store even though it’s in NJ. It’s worth it.”

USUALLY: The whole phone process reminds me of buying a car. Even when dealing with other AT&T stores, I've had huge headaches with the reps trying to oversell, use tactics, and slow down the process and objective of the phone buying or upgrade process. Usually an unbearable process.
When I walked in to the store, a family was there and I saw them thank and even hug Osman, something I didn't think to see at an AT&T store at 1pm on a Wednesday. A good sign of my experience to come.
I dealt with Osman, and he created the perfect experience. Very friendly, clean communication, clear and informative. He helped me to buy a phone and open a new line. It took 5 minutes and he was very detailed in the process. No sneaky sales tactics, no surprises here at this store. Someone did a great job in finding and hiring the right people for this Fair Lawn location. Osman even helped me to solve a big situation another AT&T store could or would not, regarding an error that the other store made.
Even though I live 15 miles away, and I have an AT&T store in walking distance, I am coming to this store from now on to do business. Thank you again.”

“I've been a long time customer of this store and Verizon. Recently I needed a new IPhone. John a longtime employee was able to help me and is very patient knowledgeable and quick. It's the fastest setup I've had of s phone in I don't remember when. Then my husband needed a new Android phone so I went with him and John helped us again to set up his phone. He was extremely patient, very professional, knows exactly what he's doing and he's very quick. Then today my husband, who accidentally hacked his phone I believe clicking on a malicious pop-up installed fake apps. Then my youngest daughter said to bring it back to factory settings not realizing I shouldn't erase the SIM card. With the help of John whose IPad wasn't working because Verizon doesn't provide them with new iPads had me call a very helpful Verizon rep and we were able to restore it. John downloaded all the apps for us. I cannot ask for a better more professional patient and knowledgeable employee. I will definitely Continue to be a Verizon customer but especially to frequent this store. I feel lucky to have had John's help to fix the problem we both made. It made our day and weekend better”

Even though my English is not very fluent and I often feel nervous dealing with technical issues, Wilson was absolutely wonderful. He was so calm, kind, and patient, making me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process.
