“I wanted to replace SSD with a bigger size (from 256GB to 2TB), but could not open the SSD cover in my mew laptop. Based on existing reviews, I called the shop and Jimmy kindly picked the call and assured that it can be handled. I immediately drove there and Jimmy explained that the screw heads holding the SSD cover were worn out, skillfully unscrewed them, removed existing 2230 SSD (256GB) and inserted new 2280 size SSD (2 TB) which I already cloned. Now my laptop is working fine with the new SSD. Jimmy really made my day. I truly appreciate him. For anyone who wants to visit the shop, better street-park the car at the Cedar Ln. Plenty of parking spots.”

“Walked in this morning to get a new laptop. Aside from some issues double checking if it was in fact in stock, problem was resolved quickly. Chris had us in and out of the store in no more than 20 minutes, but was ready to answer any questions we had and show us some exciting new Macbook features. Thanks for a quick and seamless shopping experience!
A heads up- I would highly recommend calling any Apple store ahead of time to triple check that a product is in stock, especially if it is a newer “hot” item. You can check online as a pick up order but it definitely is better from my experience to call ahead if they are able to check stock over the phone. We saw one second the Macbook was in stock at one store and the next morning, it was sold out. Stock definitely changes rapidly.”
