“The owner was very professional and articulated each step of the process. He even explained in detail how to wash the vehicle, wheels, and windows. I additional, he showed myself which maintenance products are the best. He was very knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood the methods of maintenance and the process by which he worked so hard to protect my vehicle, wheels, and windows. I can could tell he was a perfectionist who worked diligently and patiently with great pride in his profession. Thank you for an outstanding job.”

“Auto therapy has been taking care of my car for around 4 years now. They are truly amazing. It’s incredibly easy to schedule my car washes. I have dogs and with a standard car wash they still remove every hair in the car. Their attention to detail is truly outstanding. They also recently restored my headlamps and did a wonderful job with that too! I would highly recommend them to any one!”

“Thanks, Auto. Brite car care. I cannot believe how well my Pontoon Boat turned out after using your Spoke wheel cleaner. It is one of the easiest products I’ve ever used. What impressed me the most, was how little product I used. Only 1/3 of a gallon for the outside and inside of the pontoons. The results were absolutely amazing. I feel like I have a new boat. I highly recommend anyone who is trying to restore the original color to your pontoons. I highly recommend Auto Bright Spoke wheel cleaner. Sincerely, Tony”

“Best customer service I have witnessed in years! I pulled in not realizing I had a flat tire one of the associates came over and let me know as I was going in the wash. After my car got out of the car wash two more associates came over and helped me change my tire. One of them having a fractured arm. They were so nice and so helpful. I absolutely could not believe it! I offered them a tip they refused a tip and said no they were just trying to help. I haven’t Experienced customer service that great in a very, very long time. I will keep mister car wash as my permanent car washing place!”

“I go out of my way to go here because the automatic wash is touch less, does a good job, and responsibly priced. After years of going there, I had a small issue with the wash. After letting the managers know, they offed me a free wash, but I told them I can just finish up my truck in a bay that they turned on for me free of charge. That’s awesome customer service!!”

“Thank you, Daniel! By far, this is the best Champion Car Wash in Albuquerque. Every time I come here, the employees are friendly, attentive, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile. Today, I accidentally got one of my floor mats stuck in the automatic mat washer. Daniel immediately stepped in and managed to get it unstuck without damaging the mat at all. But he didn’t stop there—he went above and beyond and offered to clean my mats by hand at the front. That kind of customer service really stands out. I’ve been to other Champion locations, and you can truly tell that this location outshines them all. Daniel and the rest of the team clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows. Highly recommend this location, and a huge thank you to Daniel for the exceptional service!”

“I'm from Arkansas (Memphis, TN metro area) , and stopped here while traveling to get all the bug splatter washed off. The staff is fantastic! They scrubbed my grill and windshield before I rode through the wash. Then, there was a guy standing at the other end waiting to hand dry my vehicle. That NEVER happens in the Memphis area. My paint doesn't appear harmed either.”

“I needed to get some ice in my personal cup, when I asked the lady on the register how much it would cost me she told me to go ahead and get some. Even better than that, signs were posted on the door and throughout the store that there was no public restrooms and I really needed it and she took me to it and let me in. I forgot to get her name but because of her actions even though there is always several individuals hanging out by the entrance asking patrons for a handout I will stop there when I'm in the area”

“First time experience was confusing. I had to choose the option Regular wash two different times before it would actually let me pay for a regular wash and the pricing was out of order. So the cheapest wash was buried in the middle of all the pricing. After that, the service was good. My car got really clean. But at the end there was another problem. I was so focused on looking at the blinking wait light to turn green that my car continued, being in neutral, to roll down the exit ramp and into the exit driveway. So then I put my car into drive. And pulled into a drying off vacuum station, and then look back at the other cars coming out behind me. And all those cars stopped, and they were hand dried by an employee at the exit. I didn't notice that I didn't know that I was supposed to put my car into park and stop. And give him a chance to do that. But it is included in the service that you pay for. I spoke to another person vacuuming his car next to me and he explained the process to me. They have wet towels at the exit for you to use. And they have returned dirti towel stations at the vacuum station. The wash was great. The process was confusing. It's a car wash was so powerful that it turned my side view mirrors in.So I had to stop anyways, to pop it back into place.”

“What can I say? I initially thought that it was not a good idea, this kind of car wash, that is, cuz I was so used to washing my own car, getting my feet and pants wet, getting blasted in the face with mud and debris and washing the stuff under my car, pumping quarters into the machine, dollar after dollar after dollar, freezing my butt on the cold months and taking a couple hours every time to get my car clean. But hence, I was wrong and now in a matter of 15 minutes, tops, I am in and out with a super clean truck, or car, feeling fresh and renewed after dealing with the polite and courteous staff at Champion car washes. I usually go to the Edgewood New Mexico Champion car wash, but if I'm in Albuquerque there's several options and anyone that I have been to have been consistent in their attention, convenience and service. And the price is fair and a very good value, something you don't see very much of these days in this country. I can't say enough good things about this company. Everyone, have a Champions day!”

“This is my favorite Mr. Car wash to come to. I come every weekend after work on Saturday and Sunday. They're always super nice and keep the property really nice and clean. The workers are always doing something, you never see them just standing around. Kimberly always makes sure to say hi to me every time i come and they always let everyone know before they shut off the vacuums and I appreciate that. Cuz most of the time at other Mr.'s they don't even say anything. Definitely recommend this location and appreciate the staff's hard work 😊”
