Walked in today and unfortunately found a young lady who was completely disinterested in customers, and kept her face in her laptop and never said a word to me, never greeted me, not even as I walked out empty handed. Not the norm here, very friendly any other time I've come to visit!”

“I am obsessed with my haircut. I had it cut by Ken. He did exactly what I asked for. I was so scared going to a stylist I hadn't ever been to before, but Ken did an amazing job. He took his time, I not once felt rushed, he was so sweet, and everything turned out so even. You'd think that'd always be the case leaving the salon but rarely have I had such a clean cut. Thank you to Ken, I'm so happy to have found my new stylist!”

“Great store with a great staff. Was on town for business and I lost my coat and needed a new one. My wife checked their website and found a great New down coat that was on sale and called this store. The sales person went and tracked down my size on the sale rack and held off for me. When I got there the next day we were grated as soon as we came in and the sale guy got the hold within 2 min. Just awesome service.”

“I occasionally order my Grandkids some clothes from there. The prices are reasonable and they are nice looking clothes. I order on line and then go pick them up in store. I only wish that they would offer curb service. It is hard for me to walk even a little ways. I recommend this store, it is clean and the service is great.”

“Staff are enormously attentive and helpful.Such a contrast from stores in California where the customer is completely treated as an inconvenience.This location is quite spacious and I found there to be more selection than I found in San Diego or Flagstaff.I had been looking for 100% cotton tee shirts for 2 months to no avail.They have them here, and organic cotton as well.”

“We bought 2 dresses from this store. The three people working were super helpful. I tried on several dresses, not really sure what I wanted as this was the first time formal dress shopping. The workers prefer to help you with the zippers rather than customers' friends zipping you up. They don't want you to accidentally rip the zipper. After you find the dress you want, they offer their alteration services for a small charge. We bought the dresses on Sunday and they were ready for pick up on Wednesday. So helpful and fast. Thank you so much!”
