Hours: Enchantment Towing, LLC is a local towing company that provides prompt and professional service. Customers appreciate their straightforward communication and quick responses when requesting assistance. Despite the inconvenience of having a vehicle towed, many reviewers note that the staff are friendly and helpful, often making an unpleasant situation more manageable. The team is described as kind, professional, and willing to help with fees and process explanations, which leaves a positive impression on most customers. However, some reviews mention challenges such as difficulty locating their facility, which is situated a bit far from main roads and on a road with many potholes. There are also occasional issues with towing errors, such as vehicles being towed despite displaying valid permits, leading to some frustration. One customer shared that the staff at first claimed not to see the permit but later acknowledged it, though the mistake caused delays and missed wages. While most experiences are positive, a few reviewers mention rude or fed-up tow operators, which slightly affects the overall experience. Despite this, customers generally feel the company is honest and takes accountability when mistakes happen. Overall, Enchantment Towing, LLC is seen as a reliable and friendly local tow service that strives to treat customers fairly and professionally, even in difficult situations.
