Dionicio answered my questions and helped me send my packages at the best value. He even took the extra step to make the visit fun for my young kids. I will certainly go back to this location for the wonderful customer service!

I really wish they wouldn't let other customers cut in line. I had waited over 15minutes with many other customers when a woman walked through the door and up to the counter, cutting the entire line which wrapped around to the door. She did not have a prepaid package nor was she there for an appointment.
