“Had an issue with my Samsung after a system upgrade. (Could no longer place it in airplane mode.) Sent a request asking about service. Was offered a solution to try and it worked! They could have had me bring the phone in and charged me. I wouldn't have known the difference. Awesome and honest! Will not hesitate to use them and recommend them in the future.”

“i was having trouble upgrading my phone and i had to come in a few times because of a glitch the system was having, which was a little annoying but i wasn’t in a rush anyway. Jasmine was super sweet and so helpful she helped me figure out the problems and even fought for me to get credits to my account lol. While AT&T was giving me problems the workers made it really easy to get it figured out and were really helpful. Thanks a bunch ?”

“These guys get a bad wrap, most of issues are caused by the company, not the people. I've been here 4 times in the past month, at no fault of the staff, but they always took care of me. The only annoying thing is waiting just for everything that needs to be done to have to be handled by the person who just checks people in. They were not doing anything anyway, why make us wait just for the person who was doing nothing the whole time to have to do everything anyway.”
“I went to T-Mobile and had a bad experience there turned my phone back into them walked to the Verizon store and it was way better. Just even had the conversation I had with the gentleman was awesome. Definitely will go back They explained everything thoroughly help set up. The phone stayed late to even set up the phone.”

“I’ve been using Metro by T-Mobile for a while now, and overall it’s been a solid budget-friendly phone service. The monthly plans are affordable and easy to understand, with taxes and fees included, which makes budgeting simple. I also like that unlimited data is available without paying the high prices of bigger carriers.
Coverage has been pretty reliable in most areas, especially in cities, and call quality is generally clear. Speeds can slow down during busy times, but for everyday use like social media, streaming, and browsing, it works fine.
One thing I really appreciate is the workers at the store. They’ve been friendly, patient, and helpful when answering questions or setting up phones, which makes the experience much better.
For the price, Metro by T-Mobile offers good value and is a good choice if you want affordable service.”

“Dimetri did an incredible job not only picking up the order I placed with a different sales rep but also seeing it the whole way through. Part of my order was a watch that was on backorder and we had to wait for it to be delivered. When it was delivered somehow the system canceled this part of my order. This was frustrating! However, when other employees were unable to help me, Dimetri was able to quickly work with the corporate office and almost seamlessly make things right so that my order was complete and I was able to pick up the watch with the promo it was sold to me on. If you work with anybody I highly recommend requesting Dimetri. He cares about the relationships with his customers and follows through.”

“I walked into Cricket wireless yesterday. I was not sure what I was looking for. Christine answered all my questions. I purchased a new telephone and switched to Cricket service on the spot. Christine was so knowledgeable about plans and phones. She helped me set up my phone. I left there feeling completely satisfied. “My opinion: CRICKET is the cell provider for me. I've been with T Mobile (lots of problems: equipment & service) went elsewhere. I've been MetroPCS (hidden items such as refusing to allow GTL network to connect to Metro's stopped me from being able communicate with loved ones & from being able to do my job working with the homeless in Texas) this company caused my wife to cry - moved 3 phones to CRICKET.”
