“This thrift shop is on the smaller side but it is by far one of the best organized and most affordable in town. I got a jacket for my husband; didn't see a price listed and was shocked when I was told all the clothes were $1. When I went there were tons of books, overflowing to the front porch.I'm sure the selection changes all the time based on what is donated, but you can tell a great deal of love and effort goes into making this spot approachable. Yeah, Green Earth Matters!”
“This place is huge! It's an unending garage sale. China, glass ware, clothes, art of all sorts, jewelry, collectibles of all kinds. You just keep on looking.”
“I always love coming here and bringing people! It can be a full day of looking through stuff. The coffee house attached is amazing as well 10 out of 10 100% recommended!”
“I absolutly love this thrift shop. There are two business's here. A thrift shop and and a boutique! Every Monday they have a $15 fill it up brown grocery bag (I get good stuff here) I look for womens and men's clothing. Then they also have a full on thrift store.I LOVE the fact that you can do bundle pricing. Now where else does that!?! Other people don't see the value in it but I do!!. Come and check this place out or maybe not! I don't want to fight you for the good deals!!!”
“Great place to donate or shop. The staff, all volunteer I think, couldn't have been nicer. Check them out if you like good deals, well organized and clean thrifting.”
“I just scored a Talavera snowman at the Holiday market at the Assistance League of ABQ. I never used to be a thrifter until l found this shop. I’ve found some terrific deals. There are lots of J Jill, Chico’s, Coldwater Creek and other better brands available for very affordable prices.
I highly recommend ALA. Be sure to check the hours before you go as they are limited.
This is an all volunteer organization that does so much good for the community.
You’ll find wonderful items while giving back to your neighbors.”
“What a great and clean thrift store! The proceeds go to help elderly people who are in financial distress. The man that works there it was very friendly and informative and the prices are wonderful. They have a variety of things in here it's just a great little store, helping with a great cause!”
“I love this place so much and everyone is so kind. Everything is clean, fresh, and super fairly priced. Please please please shop and donate here!!! All their proceeds go to the safe house for women fleeing domestic violence.”
“I've been to this Thrift Shop several times and I have found everything I need for my home. I bought a bread machine for $5.00 and several bowls for a dollar each. They have books, art and clothing. The clothing is high quality. And best of all their profit goes to a charity. Highly recommend to check them out.”
“Wonderful thrift shopping experience with purpose. Always leave with treasures and feel blessed to donate and help needy women and children in our ABQ community.”
“Totally fabulous...big job, well done, great gentlemen to move. Far and away the most helpful nonprofit for those of us downsizing. They rock in every respect. Much as gracias”
“I am so grateful that Other Mothers exists, serving the Albuquerque community. I have been shopping at Other Mothers for a majority of my two children's clothes, and I am consistently impressed by the quality, adorable clothing in excellent, usually like-new condition at truly amazing bargain prices. There is a great assortment of brands and styles, with large holiday sections throughout the year as well. It is very enjoyable perusing the well-organized racks for clothing gems! My older child gets excited every time she hears we are going to Other Mothers. The owner and staff are always friendly and helpful. I have saved so much money by shopping at Other Mothers, and my children are always well dressed. I hope Other Mothers remains a pillar in the community for many years to come!”
“Fantastic store with gorgeous merchandise displayed so beautully and neatly and staffed by wonderful and kind people. What could be better than helping the angel babies while picking up some lovely items at incredible prices??!!! ❤️”
“Went in to the Goodwill at Juan Tabo and was helped by their Assistant Manager, Pablo Perea. He was very helpful and went out of his way to assist me. It was a pleasure doing business with him at this store.”

“0n 05/06/23 I found a great bargain I purchased a very beautiful two piece “Roman Marble” glass table set for only! $100.00 one hundred dollars, I mean it is absolutely stunning my family and friends love ? it if I could upload photos I would. I was looking for a black pair of heels ? for Mother’s Day Sunday to wear to church ⛪️ we’ll guess what I bought a pair of (Jinnifer Lopez - AKA: JLO) for a discount price for only $2.00 two dollars. I am absolutely ? thrilled with my purchases. My space is limited for my studio apartment therefore, I’m now looking out for two small?️love seat’s for my living room. I will most definitely be returning. This Salvation Army “Thrift Store” location did not disappoint?”
“Bought a tote of toys for 10 bucks! ... score!!! Friday The 13th Part 7 Jason Voorhees, Valek the nun, anime Vampire/Werewolf, 3 remote control cars and!!! An Anki Cosmos robot.. the Anki robot alone sells retail for $150”
“These place is where I found beautiful treasures. It is just a matter of patience. Large variety of items and great selection of shoes. Some people working in there are not up to customer service standards but there is some lovely people that may assist you. Especially this beautiful African American lady, she is a gem!!!”
“Yesterday I was at the Goodwill in Paseo del Norte. A young lady, Mariah, served me very kindly and generously. I asked her to show me some bags. She was very attentive and opened the door, letting me see her. She had a very good and friendly character. I wish there were more people like her in other stores.”
“Savers stores are part of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Program and money goes directly to that great program. Savers employees are very helpful and kind! Whenever I need help, for example reaching for an item that's too high for me, or furniture that is too heavy, they come quickly and have great attitudes. The merchandise and prices are better than Goodwill and Goodwill, from what I have read, pay their nationwide employees a Lot of money, rather than it all going back into the local community, that's only my opinion. I always donate to Savers and shop there often.”
“Attended the Good will Career Fair, Feb. 8. Signed up for additional assistance through the God Jobs program for job search help, assistance, and resources. Was very impressed with the care and compassion of the Career Consultants and the eagerness to help. Look forward to working with them in my attempts to find a job!”
“Really amazing & unique selection, and very friendly staff. They are a little particular on what they pick to buy if you're bringing in clothes but it is completely understandable. They also give a large amount of trade $ for the items which is unlike many places I've gone too! Found lots of good pieces.”
“We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give. The staff are great here. Cisco was working, being friendly, kind, smart, and helpful this Wednesday morning. The cashier was great, efficient and helpful too. Great place!”
“Always enjoy going thrift shopping. Sometimes you find great buys...
Fun to look to see what others have donated. Sometimes find great items to re-purpose. Find a wall ornament for a sports team, reworked it and ended up with something pretty darn cool!”
“Went for first time yesterday and enjoyed it. Lots of great mens dress shirts at good prices. Got a couple of blazers as well that were both as good as new. The staff was friendly and I will be back.
Thank you”
“Some great finds here, with reasonable prices. As others noted, they only take donations on certain days so you’d have to call ahead and make sure they’re accepting on the day you want to come by.”
“Just went to this store for the first time today. The best part was that I knew almost every single song that was played and the store environment wasn’t loud, since I’m autistic, that means that I didn’t need to put my headphones in. The worst part was that they didn’t have much of a selection for men as far as clothes and shoes go and some of the men’s stuff was mixed in with the women’s. Also I had a bag of items sitting up front with the cashier and somehow they didn’t notice someone walk out with the bag until it was too late. Next time I get the chance I’m going to check out the other location and I’ll review it also and compare the 2. I went to this one first cuz it was close to my storage unit.”

“This place is the best thrift store I’ve been to outside of savers in Albuquerque. Huge selection of tools, home goods, furniture. I got an easel for 20 dollars and they even helped pack my car full to the brim of furniture. Super kind workers, I am so thankful for everyone there! If I could give ten stars I would. ⭐️”
“This store is close to home . And convenient. The staff are pretty nice. It does get broken into alot though. Hopefully they don't shut this one down. Maybe upgrade their glass doors. And better cameras and security. But good store”
“A fun thrift shop to explore. A nice selection of clothes, shoes, small appliances / electronics, kitchen wear, toys, dolls, books, etc... nice staff, highly recommended!”
