The rudest customer service agent to me & the people in front of me. She could careless about her job & being friendly or even cracking a smile. I get your a federal employee but at least act like you like your job & be grateful that you have one!

Elaine/Irene was the rudest/most disrespectful customer service employee and was totally unwilling to help. ALOT of the one star reviews are about THIS particular lady... besides that the staff is great handling pressure and always a pleasure despite always being so busy

The short native lady needs to be fired u can take something 1 day they ship it u come few day later and all the sudden they cant ship the SAME STUFF THAT U SHIPPED LAST TIME!!!!!
