“I just wanted to give a shoutout to the folks over at Rio Rancho Hardware. I was seriously impressed with this place. They have a little bit of everything… actually, they have a lot of everything! If they don’t have what you’re looking for, you might as well give up.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to help. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to shop. It’s the kind of local business that deserves the support of the community.

“Well, that happened. I was driving towards Albuquerque, and I heard, "Pop. Thump. Bump, bump, bump, bump, bump." That's right... the trailer tire blew. 6 miles outside town, where I had planned to buy new tires. No worries. I have done this before. I have a spare and a lug wrench and a jack. I have a really baf spare tire. But it was good enough to get me 6 miles. I pulled into the first big parking lot I came to, Home Depot. I explained my plight to the manager and she was nice enough to let me unhitch and leave my trailer in the parking lot, so I could go run around and get new tires without worrying about the spare popping. Which I did. Now I am sitting in the Home Depot parking lot in Rio Rancho, NM. I am exhausted and I still have to change my tires. But I cannot thank the Home Depot manager enough for helping out a stranded traveler. With kind, friendly managers like that, you know Home Depot is doing a great job.”
“If delivering, park on the street and walk to check in. Unstrap, etc. 7:00 am is when they start. Thier trucks and LTL's have priority. So there might be a wait. More than likely.
Back-in only, street isn't marked off, so you might have some cars there to complicate the back. More so since it's next to a school.
I don't know if you can park here overnight, but there is room on Washington.”

“Great selection of tools, friendly staff, pet friendly, very tolerant environment, they go above and beyond, and they offer veteran discounts. Their delivery service is on time when they say and no extra fees! I prefer Lowe's, especially for my bigger purchases, it's just where I go as I feel safer. They are honest and pets are welcome too!”

“I came in for a battery and charger for a leaf blower. It was behind a locked cage. T four employees came to help! I didn’t get the name of the first, older gentleman. He found Steve for me. Steve and Joseph helped me reach the department supervisor, Sebastian. Sebastian not only helped me find a better, more affordable option but he brought the item to the front for me while I continued to shop. Bri at customer service helped me with a return in the matter of seconds while Sebastian retrieved the item he stored for me. He checked me out while Bri was on the phone with another customer and even carried the large item to my car! This entire team was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. 6 stars if I could. I’d like to pass this along to their Medallia customer service survey but the website isn’t accepting feedback for my area code right now. Regardless, you guys are awesome. Thank you so much!”
