“I would like to share a compliment regarding exceptional customer service at your Gallup, location. While traveling from Oklahoma to Phoenix Az, our trailer tire became critically damaged and was at risk of a blowout. I called the Auto Care Center ahead of time and was informed by a lady team member that no more customers were being accepted after 6:30 PM, despite the posted closing time of 7:00 PM. We arrived at the store at 6:42 PM to see if we could get assistance. We first spoke with an associate named Seth, who appeared visibly bothered by our request and stated they were closed. We then spoke with the Team Lead, Ricky. My husband explained that we already had the replacement tire and simply needed it mounted so we could travel safely. Ricky immediately understood the urgency of our situation and demonstrated outstanding leadership. He authorized the service, and his team quickly mounted the tire for us.Thanks to Ricky’s willingness to help travelers in distress, we were able to make the long drive back home to Phoenix safely. Walmart needs more leaders like Ricky who are willing to go above and beyond for the community. We are incredibly grateful for his help and believe he deserves formal recognition for his excellent service.”

“Had a great experience over the phone with Johnny. He was quick, understanding, and kind when I called in an emergency with our newborn foal who needed milk replacement. Johnny identified the products we needed right away and stayed on the phone as we rushed to pick up these supplies. Tractor supply hired a great worker and this type of service will keep our family and friends to come back!”
