They make you feel like you’re at home because they have always have coffee and treats for their members as you walk through the doors. “I was visiting NM for a few days. Called several times and talked to several different member service reps. I called regarding a credit card I had never received when it expired back in February of 2024. I walked into the Rio Rancho branch and signed in to talk with a loan officer. That’s when Maritza helped me out. She asked what was going on and I explained to her the situation. She apologized for the situation and went straight to work. She was able to get and print my credit card for me before heading back home to Colorado! Thank you Maritza! Awesome member service!”

I Had horrible experiences with US banks fraud protection so hopefully better at Bank of America. The app seems robust in features.
I'd give 5 stars but honestly have not had much experience with other staff and tellers. I know there are some negative reviews, I'll have to wait and see, but hopefully if issues exist they are being addressed. Everyone seemed polite on the day I was there.”
“I tried to sell money to buy a house and I was trying to send you diligence my house is already been sold and if I didn't have this I was going to lose the house I was trying to buy on Friday night they called me to verify which I did and after that they froze my entire account I had movers at my house waiting to get paid and I was about to lose my house if it weren't for Asia going out of his way to make sure that he took care of this for me and to make sure that I didn't lose my house and I had money to pay for the movers thank you Asia for everything that you did.”
