“Be careful of the hot food. 11/18. I did receive a call from 7/11 corporate asking for a way to fix my previous review of them and to make it right. They offered to replace my meal. I did come back and they showed me the display case for the hot foods was working properly. My new set of wings were way better than last time. I did give them an extra star for fixing their issues and to rectify the hot foods issue. Will be back”

I've only ever had one complaint in the recent years, and it wasn't even with them. She went to the back freezer to check for an item, and it WAS in stock. Ruby refused to check and said whatever is out on the floor, is what there is. But she was clearly wrong. Hopefully she's not like that with all customers.”
