“I went in today to grab something quick for lunch. The store was well stocked and clean. But the best part of the entire experience were two of the self-checkout associates. Mora was so kind and helpful at the checkout and even offered to run across the store to find an item that I couldn't. Once I completed my transaction, I asked for a manager, because I wished to tell them how great Mora was. As I waited, another checkout associate by the name of Espi saw that I'd been standing there for a few minutes and ran to find a manager. I didn't get to speak to the manager in person since they were out to lunch, but was able to contact someone by phone later. Even the manager was very kind and helpful. I hope Mora and Espi are recognized for their hard work and excellent customer service.”
“I shopped at this location lastnight and the entire staff was so helpful every single associate offered assistance and was so polite. I was looking for several items and different associates helped me look for each item and were so genuinely helpful! It is rare to have this much kindness and help now a days and I appreciate the customer service I received. The store was very clean and organized.”

“Has a drive-thru that’s easy to access, yay! Transferred from closer store (but parking was a mess, had to walk in & pharmacists were rude). This location was helpful in transferring my prescriptions & will voluntarily check other locations if your med is out of stock. Recommend!”
“Had a truly wonderful experience at Smiths today. First off, I did my shopping early, not as busy and more relaxing. The deals I found were fantastic! Buy one get free in the mandarin oranges, buy 2, get one on spices, and several other great deals. The fine cheese selection is amazing. When I was through checking out, I left for home and had left my wallet behind. When returning to Smiths, the cashier had turned it in , and store personnel had tried to phone me. Thank you for your kindness , and looking out for your customers. I will be shopping here more often. ???”

“Been stopping in here sporadically for years, and it's always been a fast and easy experience, so I am giving it 5 stars.
But someone should tell the old man who just gave me a dirty look for walking inside that it's not MY fault it's raining. And maybe if there was a rug on the INSIDE of the door and not just the soaking wet one OUTSIDE that I wouldn't have had to step on the floor he was mopping with wet shoes. Like seriously? Was I supposed to take them off or...?”
