“I wish I caught the name of the woman who helped me today, around 2pm on 1/15. If not for her, I would have been scammed badly. I was selling my laptop and was told by a fake eBay confirmation email to go overnight ship my laptop at Fedex. I can't believe I almost fell for that, but the worker today instead of blindly scanning my box and sending it on its way she said something seemed fishy. I explained my instructions but let her know I was honestly confused and haven't done this before. She suggested I call ebay customer support, who informed me I was being scammed. If not for that worker taking a second to stop and give her thoughts, I would have been scammed out of $1400. I want to thank her and send her a venmo. Scams are getting really advanced nowadays so everyone should slow down and be careful. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!”

“The service from the Brockport Post office was amazing the entire time I lived in the village. I still work in Brockport driving a school bus. On my daily route I pass a letter carrier named David, sometimes several times a day and each time he smiles and waves. The kids on the bus watch for him. One day I pulled the bus over and he stopped and ran to us to make sure we were okay. Not only does he perform his task but cares for the community he serves. Kudos, David. We need many more like you in the world. Great job, Brockport!”
