I been trying from Monday to book a car with Avis as I am proffered plus member they always says they are out of cars I been trying to book for a specific date but they just showing and saying that they are out of cars

The entire rental process was very smooth. Especially the drop of process. Jamal at the albany international airport was extremely pleasant and provided clear instructions for an efficient drop off and prevented me from missing my flight. Very friendly and informative. Outstanding customer service.
