Absolutely terrible customer service will never be shopping at express again. To change a return policy to 30 days with NO other options available is a damn scam for a multi million dollar company. Corporate greed at its finest. Disgusting company values . Kindly touch grass and humble yourselves

Good shopping experience and I didn’t feel rushed by any associates. The fitting room was really clean and I could take my time as there were a lot of stalls. Lots of good options!

I made a return two days after Christmas and the Manager automatically put the money back on the credit card instead of asking if I wanted a gift card. As a manager wouldn’t you want to keep the money within Express rather than automatically give someone the money back. She did not even ask how I wanted it back. Bad business.
