“Customers are treated like family here. Kerry and his staff have a world of knowledge. Just spend some time here and you'll see all kinds of customers getting helped equally, whether it's their first suit or their tenth...young guys getting their first suit out of college to nail the job interview, old timers who have been repeat customers for the last two decades. There's a great selection of clothing and I saw nothing but great brands. Besides your typical suits, ties and shirts, you'll actually find men's clothing for all occasions. Definitely worth stopping in every so often to see what's new. A surprisingly wide selection of shoes - not just the dress shoes you'd expect.
They also have a location in Saratoga Springs to check out if that's a bit closer to you. Between the two stores they have a huge inventory and if they're out of an item in one store, they won't hesitate to ring up the other to see if they have it. That's what happened with one item we purchased and it made the difference between having the perfect fit for an upcoming wedding we're attending and having to compromise - there are no compromises at Mark Thomas!”

“I recently lost some weight and needed to shop for smaller jeans. After several shopping trips, I still hadn't found the fit, style, and wash I was looking for. On Sunday, June 7th, I stopped into Buckle at Crossgates Mall in Guilderland, NY. I had never shopped there before and wasn't sure what to expect.
As a 60-year-old woman who previously needed plus sizes, I was a little apprehensive. Some specialty clothing stores can feel geared toward younger customers, and I wasn't having my most polished day. However, as soon as I started browsing, Tristen greeted me with a warm welcome and immediately put me at ease.
They treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine enthusiasm. After I explained what I was looking for, they quickly got to work pulling several options for me to try. Tristen listened to my preferences, suggested additional styles I might not have considered, and was incredibly patient throughout the process.
Thanks to Tristen's excellent customer service and knowledge, we found the perfect pair of jeans. Shopping for jeans can be frustrating, but they made the experience enjoyable and successful. I truly appreciated being treated as a valued customer and would absolutely return because of the service I received.

“Customer service was good except one worker she was Hispanic I believe she was very inconvenient she asked for my shoe size went to the back and walked out with no shoe and started helping another gentleman I was like wow granted I kept changing my shoe size but I was trying to find a conferable shoe for work I ended up finding 2 pair of vapor pro max and 1 air max and was happy with my service from the nice lady that was patient with me I hope she got great commission”

“I visited the Macys in Crossgates this am 11/12/25. I was looking for MAC lipstick a certain color. Jean Anderson waited on me she was SOO helpful, & Knowledgeable (she worked @ The Channel counter).
I asked her about different skin care products, again she was very informative. She also explained to me the Pre sales. Thus I purchased items today & will return on 12/2 to pick up. (items that go very fast).

“Massive outlet...It is very difficult to choose specific gift item within very short time.But,yeah, the exploration process is truly enjoyable and I never leave with buyer's remorse.
We specifically visited to find a school bag for a boy. Although, they had an adorable collection for girls, the selection for boys was unfortunately quite limited. Despite that, the overall experience was great,even visiting after Christmas, we didn't leave empty handed! Love this place.Also love their tops and sweater collections for girls.❤️”

“Erica is amazing. I went in for an updated wardrobe because I am now 30 and it was time lol. Erica approached me asking if she could take the items I picked out to a dressing room so I could keep shopping, and then she asked me what I was shopping for today. I continued shopping and when I went to the dressing room, she told me that she also picked out some things I could try if I wanted and she had it hanging in the dressing room organized into multiple outfits. It was so sweet and I really loved a lot of the pieces she picked out that I wouldn’t have picked for myself on my own.
