“Customers are treated like family here. Kerry and his staff have a world of knowledge. Just spend some time here and you'll see all kinds of customers getting helped equally, whether it's their first suit or their tenth...young guys getting their first suit out of college to nail the job interview, old timers who have been repeat customers for the last two decades. There's a great selection of clothing and I saw nothing but great brands. Besides your typical suits, ties and shirts, you'll actually find men's clothing for all occasions. Definitely worth stopping in every so often to see what's new. A surprisingly wide selection of shoes - not just the dress shoes you'd expect.
They also have a location in Saratoga Springs to check out if that's a bit closer to you. Between the two stores they have a huge inventory and if they're out of an item in one store, they won't hesitate to ring up the other to see if they have it. That's what happened with one item we purchased and it made the difference between having the perfect fit for an upcoming wedding we're attending and having to compromise - there are no compromises at Mark Thomas!”

He was extremely helpful and had a great attitude. He was a wizard who knew everything he had in stock and went and grabbed what we needed immediately! “I walked in because my husband wanted to show me a shirt that he liked with no intent on buying anything for myself. To be honest being a busy working mom that barely has time to herself and after losing weight I never feel confident in clothes and try to hide myself in them. Tristan walked up with the most welcoming smile and great attitude with jeans in hand for me to try on. So I humored my husband and tried them on. Not only were the jeans a smaller size than I would have picked for myself but the stretch and comfort of them are great. Tristan also recommended some shoes that initially I didn’t buy but returned before we left the mall because I did love the way they fit and after trying on the jeans and starting to feel confident again I said why not!! The staff there are so friendly and helpful! I will definitely be back. Thanks Tristan!”

“I had such a great experience with Tonny at TJ Maxx. I struggle with pretty bad anxiety while shopping, especially when I’m trying to find something really specific, and I was searching for brown bear themed items which is honestly such a random request. Tonny was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. She never made me feel rushed or like I was being difficult, and she went out of her way to help me look. We always leave with a well fitting suit and that can also be tailored if necessary. Well worth our 7 hours of driving to get the service provided- highly recommend Hamid on men’s suits.”
“Visited Macy's Backstage and found some amazing clearance deals on branded clothes. Got good discounts on polos, jeans, and casual wear for prices that felt totally worth it. Perfect place if you enjoy hunting for bargains and hidden gems.

“Experience was wonderful!! Right upon entering the Albany NY store we were greeted by a salesperson, Aaliyah. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. She assisted my husband and myself throughout our time spent at the store. She not only checked us out with our purchases, she completed our initial returns from an online purchase, as well as placing in store order for shirts that we wanted to purchase that they did not have in my husband's size. As I am writing this we just received one of the shirts in the mail this afternoon!! Aaliyah was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful throughout our time at the store. I will definitely ask for her again on our next trip to the store if she is working. As a side note the Mens Harbor Bay button down short sleeve summer shirts are amazing and fit my husband perfectly. Thank you again Aaliyah!!”
