J.Crew Factory has great prices and a tidy store. The employees are sweet and helpful. The store offers fantastic sales and a great rewards program. It is a good place to find seasonal wardrobe items. Employees go above and beyond to help customers, making for excellent shopping experiences. The store is similar to regular J.Crew, but with better prices, making it a great outlet store.
I stopped by to pick up an order and stayed to shop a bit. The employees working were so incredibly sweet and the store is organized and tidy. Great prices too.

Probably the best outlet store on the planet. Indistinguishable from regular J Crew (outside of the prices), I'm always able to find my upcoming seasonal wardrobe here.
