“Just want to shoutout Skylar! I went in to find out if I could save some money on my bill, and he was able to do that quickly and efficiently (changing my plan) and also teach me a few tips and tricks about my phone in the meantime. Didn’t know much about the MyVerizon app, and he showed me that I am actually getting money back each time I pay, so he was able to put that towards next months bill. Just want to note that I went into a different Verizon store a couple of weeks ago to ask the same thing, and left with no solution, and a card to call customer service after being there an hour. Skylar was able to answer all my questions and save me money in more than half that time.”

“Max is amazing! My mom and I stopped by to upgrade her phone, and he could not have been more helpful. He was so patient with my older mother who admittedly is “anti-technology” and made her feel super comfortable and confident in her purchasing process. We can’t recommend him enough! Thanks, Max!”
